2022-2023

EXPANDING CAREER EXPERIENCES AND OPPORTUNITIES

  • Developed experiential learning interest form to allow Career Services to assist students with finding appropriate internship opportunities.

  • Modernization of the Saremi Center for Career Development.

  • Held multiple employer speaker events throughout the academic year with 100+ students at each to share guidance on finances, employment, and other career areas.

  • Established 92 new employer contacts for internship opportunities.
     

FOSTERING A DYNAMIC AND INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY​

  • Developed new residential experience model to create smaller, more intentional residential communities and better student experiences.

  • Signed housing agreements with local community colleges resulting in 15 current Holyoke CC and Springfield Technical CC students living on campus.

  • 75% of the undergraduate population has attended a campus-wide event this year.

  • Expanded utilization of texting platform to increase student engagement and support
